First and foremost, we want to remind everyone that the guiding principles of the CPRFA are:
1. Health and safety
2. Fiscal responsibility
3. Fun and enjoyment
These principles are very important to us, and we make all decisions regarding the facility with these in mind.
Enclosed is a copy of your Association’s Pool Rules and Regulations. Please read and observe them for the safety and convenience of all residents.
Our Facility does not provide a lifeguard or any type of supervision; therefore it is of utmost importance that all residents take full responsibility and liability for their own health and safety, as well as, for their family and their guests, and place health and safety as a top priority at this facility.
Disclaimer – Residents, and their families and guests, by their use of the Central Park Recreation Facility, assume all risks related thereto, and agree not to hold either the CPRFA, nor its volunteer Members of its Board of Directors liable for any damages, losses or expenses which the resident(s) and/or their families and guests may incur either directly or indirectly related to such usage.
